Considering having a better year than 2021 was…
We can’t change what happened the last year, and the years before. This is the main fact – as normal people obviously – it happens only in movies (Like Back to the Future). But what we can do, is review the business plan we have for our business, review the business model we have used until today.
The result of this might be the conclusion, that there are missing parts, respectively that we find out, that we could change the business model – just slightly – to get a better and more successful business year.
How do I plan my online presence better?
Planning the online presence means, having and getting an overall look about the website, branding of the company and planning of the financial part of your company.
I just recently read, that a business plan not needs to be for long term and middle term etc. Respectively the long term where we was talking before not needs to be 5 years – one year or max 2 years is fine for it. Short term planning means max 3 months planning. Middle term planning means half yearly planning.
These terms changed with the actual economic situation.
The important to do a plan
Without a plan, it seems that You won’t have a goal. without a goal, You will get lost – frustrated and upset with the not reflecting goals.
